Tosca NWOS (Liverpool)

  • St George’s Hall Liverpool (map)

North Wales Opera returns to its Liverpool ‘home’ to share one of the greatest operas ever written – Tosca.

Puccini’s Tosca is one of the most beloved in the entire operatic repertoire. Puccini will transport you to Rome and make you feel a part of the great drama which is based upon true events. With a talented and international cast, they cannot wait to share with you the intensity of drama and the beauty of this masterpiece.

Under the proven leadership and artistry of international soprano Anne Williams-King and her team, North Wales Opera once again bring Puccini’s Tosca to St George’s Hall having first done so in 2018 to great acclaim.

Recent review – “Thank you, thank you and thank you so much for bringing North Wales Opera to Liverpool once more. It was great! The cast, the orchestra, the acting, the emotion. All your hard work paid off with the performance given. To bring it to the “most beautiful little theatre in the world” as quoted by Charles Dickens.  I know how much effort and energy you put into it, and we just want you to know that those we talked to that were there, were bowled over and appreciated the performance immensely.”
