BIOGRAPHY

Belgian soprano Eve Marie is celebrated for her musical versatility, and engaging stage presence. Known for her professionalism and dedication, Eve has captivated audiences across Europe in opera, theatre, and concert performances. Her career began as Young Cosette in the official Antwerp production of Les Misérables, which led to her appearance in several touring productions with Opera Ballet Vlaanderen Kinderkoor, solidifying her passion for the stage.

Her operatic repertoire includes Zerlina in Don Giovanni, Il Pastore in Tosca, with North Wales Opera, where she also appeared in Pagliacci & Cavalleria Rusticana (Nedda Cover & Chorus) and Carmen. In 2026, she will perform Countess Ceprano and cover Gilda in Rigoletto. Other recent appearances include Così fan tutte (Despina scenes) and Gianni Schicchi at the Nederlands Lyric Opera Festival, and performances with NEW Sinfonia in the world premiere of Gresford: Up from Underground by Jon Guy.

Eve has appeared regularly in concert throughout the UK, performing works including Handel’s Messiah, Mendelssohn’s Elijah (North Wales Music Festival), and The Snowman and The Snow (BBC Sounds recording) with Kana, NEW Sinfonia, NEW Voices, North Wales Orchestra and North Wales Opera. Another recent performance highlight is her recital at the Corte Marco D’aviano, Gradisco D’isonzo, Italy where she sang arias from La Bohème (Musetta) and Gianni Schicci  (Lauretta.)

Eve received a musical education at the esteemed Chetham’s School of Music in Manchester, where she performed in landmark recordings like Haydn’s Creation with the Gabrieli Consort. In 2024-25 she was a Young Artist with the OperUs Academy in Trieste, Italy, and she continues to prepare for her DipABRSM LRSM under the guidance of Anne Williams-King and James Platt. 

Now based in the scenic North Wales, Eve is an artist in high demand for her versatility and skill. She has appeared as a soloist at prestigious events such as the Llangollen Eisteddfod with NEW Voices and the NEW Sinfonia Orchestra, performing The White Flower. A regularly contracted artist with Black Box Events North Wales, Eve’s artistry shines in private and corporate events. With a renewed dedication to the classical canon, she steps into the next chapter of her career, offering powerful interpretations of beloved arias and concert pieces at concerts, charity galas, and corporate events across the UK and Europe.

In 2025, Eve released her debut single, La Vie en Rose — a classical-crossover interpretation of the timeless French chanson. Produced by Sparky Madison Records and filmed at the historic Marchwiel Hall in North Wales, the accompanying music video presents a cinematic reflection on love, nostalgia, and artistry. The single reached No. 1 on the iTunes Classical Chart, marking a significant milestone in Eve’s career. Born from a deeply personal connection to the song, the project showcases her ability to merge classical sophistication with modern sensibility, affirming her distinctive voice within the contemporary classical scene.
